Is there a commission on sales?

No. The Store plan is a flat monthly fee whether you sell ten items or ten thousand — no per-sale cut, no add-on bills.

Can customers pay by bank transfer?

Yes — account details show at checkout, the customer uploads proof, you mark it paid in one tap and the order (and any download) is released. Card gateways confirm automatically.

Does Ezy Cart have an API and integrations?

Yes. There's a full REST API with your own API keys, outbound webhooks to Zapier, Make, Google Sheets or your own systems (signed with HMAC), and CSV + eBay import/export — so your store connects to the software you already use.

Does it work with Knutsford Express?

Yes, natively. Customers pick a Knutsford office from a parish-grouped list, or Knutsford acts as the courier for your own delivery zones.

What happens if I cancel?

Your monthly plan is what keeps the store hosted, supported and updated. If you cancel, that support and those updates stop — so we don't recommend it. We'd rather right-size your plan than see you switch it off.

How fast can my store be live?
